宋·朱熹《调息箴》:“鼻端有白,我其观之。随时随处,容与猗移。静极而嘘,如春沼鱼。动极而翕,如百虫蛰。氤氲阖辟,其妙无穷。孰其尸之,不宰之功。云卧天行,非予敢议。守一处和,千二百岁。”朱熹是宋代理学家,虽以集成儒家道统自居,但仍重视道学研究。他曾撰著《阴符经考异》和《周易参同契考异》两书。能对这两部道学经典进行考释,可见其对道家造诣之深。朱熹不但深谙道学,喜欢道家的养身之道,而且身体力行,坚持每天静坐,并从中获益。他自述中年以后,气血精神渐差,但通过静坐,便
