在某学校的一次公开教学活动中,有幸观摩到一堂排球课。授课对象是高一年级的学生,在课堂教学过程中学生积极练习,教师巡回指导,“非常好,你真棒”的评价不绝于耳,学生陶醉在老师的表扬中,忘我练习,展示自我。细细体味这堂课,心生几番感慨。一方面是公开教学课经过多次的练习,所以学生都很棒。另一方面,在课堂中细心观察,同时发现学生的技术、技能还存在明显错误。是授课老师没有发现吗?其实,这位授课老师在评价时忽视了学生存在的问题,以为以“你真棒”来表扬,就一定是正确地激励性评价。其实片面运用
