研究了分流管结构对碳钢-水热虹吸管蒸发段内沸腾换热的影响,选择7种不同结构的分流管进行大量的实验和理论研究。结果表明:分流管结构尺寸对蒸发段沸腾换热有很大的影响,在相同的传输功率下,分流管的开孔率在33%左右、管间隙在4.5mm左右强化沸腾换热的效果最佳,沸腾换热系数大约提高2~3倍。综合了大量试验数据利用多元线性回归分析整理出分流管强化沸腾换热的准则方程式。
The effect of shunt structure on the boiling heat transfer in the evaporation section of carbon steel-water thermosyphon was studied. Seven kinds of shunts with different structures were selected to conduct a large number of experimental and theoretical studies. The results show that the size of the shunt tube has a great influence on the boiling heat transfer in the evaporation section. Under the same transmission power, the opening of the shunt tube is about 33% and the tube gap is about 4.5mm. The best, boiling heat transfer coefficient increased by about 2 to 3 times. Based on a large number of experimental data, a polynomial linear regression analysis was used to summarize the criteria equation of enhanced boiling heat transfer in shunt tubes.
