目的了解常熟市医用放射工作人员的健康状况,为本市今后放射防护工作的开展提供建议和对策。方法选择2004年和2011年参加职业病体检的371名医用放射工作人员作为观察对象,按放射工龄长短分为三组,A组为工龄<5 a;B组为工龄5~15 a;C组为工龄>15 a。对其体检结果进行回顾性分析。结果①WBC:2004年工龄5~15a组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PLT:2004年各工龄组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ALT、AST:不同工龄组与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②随着放射工龄的增加,眼晶体的异常率呈上升趋势。2004年和2011年工龄<15 a组与工龄>15 a组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两年内工龄>15 a组与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③2011年放射工作人员的染色体异常率和微核异常率均随着工龄的增加而增高,且明显低于2004年各工龄组。2011年该两项指标工龄<15 a组与工龄>15 a组者相比,均有统计学意义(P<0.01;P<0.05);且工龄>15 a组与对照组相比皆差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2004年该两项指标各工龄组间均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2004年各工龄组的微核异常率与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论目前常熟市放射工作人员的健康状况明显好于2004年,且工龄<15 a者无明显健康问题,但工龄15 a后健康状况令人堪忧,提示辐射防护工作仍是我们职业病防治工作的重点。
Objective To understand the health status of medical radiation workers in Changshu and to provide suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of radiation protection in this Municipality. METHODS: A total of 371 medical radiology staff who participated in the medical examination of occupational diseases in 2004 and 2011 were selected as observation subjects and divided into three groups according to their length of service. Group A was shorter than 5 years; Group B was 5 to 15 years; Group C was Length of service> 15 a. The physical examination results were retrospectively analyzed. Results ①WBC: There was a significant difference in WBC between the age of 5 and 15 years in 2004 and the control group (P <0.05). PLT: There was significant difference between all age groups and control group in 2004 (P <0.01). ALT, AST: There was no significant difference between different age groups and control group (P> 0.05). ② With the increase of working age, the abnormal rate of ocular lens is on the rise. There was significant difference between the years of service <15 a and those of service> 15 a in 2004 and 2011 (P <0.01). Two years of working age> 15 a group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). ③ In 2011, the rate of chromosome aberration and micronucleus anomalies of radiographers increased with the increase of seniority, which was significantly lower than that of 2004 in each age group. Compared with the 15-year-old and the 15-year-old, the two indicators of service life of the two indexes in 2011 were all statistically significant (P <0.01; P <0.05) Statistical significance (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two age groups in 2004 (P> 0.05). In 2004, the abnormal rates of micronuclei in each age group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion At present, the health status of radiation workers in Changshu City is obviously better than that in 2004, and there is no obvious health problem in those who work for less than 15 years. However, the health status after 15 years of service is worrisome, suggesting that radiation protection is still the focus of our occupational disease prevention and control work. .
