高纯材料中微量硅的测定,目前仍以硅钼兰比色法为最灵敏,并得到了广泛的应用。如高纯水里硅的测定就是以硅钼兰法作为标准法。因为硅是一种最常见的元素,易受环境、试剂、器皿等的污染,所以工作中遇到的困难就是空白大的问题,我们用聚乙烯塑料管自制的比色管和吸液管,及用聚四氟乙烯蒸馏器蒸馏试剂,解决了本工作范围内的空白问题,并对影响硅钼钢兰形成的温度、时间、溶液的pH值和测量波长进行了试验,确定了较佳的分析条件。本方法检测限可达 6×10~(-6)%,变异系数为29%。

The detection limit of this method can reach 6 × 10 -6%, and the coefficient of variation is 29%.
