中小学校长职业道德“不作为”在一定程度上损害了学校、教师和学生的利益。中小学校长职业道德规范的缺失、社会转型对校长道德认识的冲击以及校长自身角色的模糊是造成中小学校长职业道德“不作为”的重要原因。解决问题的出路主要有两个:一是将校长道德义务上升为法律义务,二是在此基础上加强校长的道德自律。
The “non-action” of professional ethics of primary and secondary school principals harms the interests of schools, teachers and students to some extent. The lack of professional ethics norms of primary and secondary school principals, the impact of social transformation on the principal’s moral awareness, and the vagueness of the principal’s own role are important reasons why the primary and secondary school principal’s professional ethics “do not”. There are two main ways to solve the problem: one is to increase the principal’s moral obligations to legal obligations, and the other is to strengthen the principal’s moral self-discipline on this basis.
