青年女性胃癌因发病率低,少有报道,我院1988～1997年10年间共收治≤35岁青年女性胃癌21例,占同期确诊女性胃癌的3.0%(21/695),本文报道其临床病理特点.1.临床资料年龄22～35岁.平均30.2岁,其中22～30岁9例(占42.9%),31-35岁12例(占57.1%).首发症状:上腹不适伴隐痛17例;上腹饱胀,食欲下降伴有呕吐者15例;消瘦者11例;左锁骨上淋巴结肿大者4例;腹水者3例;卵巢肿块者3例;合并妊娠3例,均有严重恶心呕吐等“妊娠反应”症状.确诊时间:自首发症
Because of the low incidence rate of young women with gastric cancer, there are few reports. In our hospital from 1988 to 1997, 21 cases of young women with gastric cancer were younger than 35 years, accounting for 3.0% (21/695) of women diagnosed with gastric cancer in the same period. Features 1. Clinical data Age 22 to 35 years old, average 30.2 years old, including 22 to 30 years old 9 cases (42.9%), 31-35 years old 12 cases (57.1%). First symptom: Abdominal discomfort with hidden pain 17 Cases; full abdomen, appetite decreased with vomiting in 15 cases; weight loss in 11 cases; left supraclavicular lymph node enlargement in 4 cases; ascites in 3 cases; ovarian mass in 3 cases; 3 cases of pregnancy with severe Nausea and vomiting “pregnancy response” symptoms.
