在县人才交流中心工作久了,面对着数以万计的大学毕业生档案,接待的人员也基本上是或来存档或来办理调档手续的大学毕业生,脑子里自然形成了一种认识:单位名称叫人才交流中心,实在是有些不妥当,通俗地讲,给人一种“大帽子底下扣小人”的感觉。如果能建立且保存好社会优秀人才档案(其他在岗的和离退休的专业人才档案,即便想接收过来,也不大可能),才不显得十分“空乏”。其实,建立并保存好社会优秀人才档案还有更深远的意义与更大的作用。
