平菇是我地栽培范围最广、面积最大的食用菌,但因菇房限制,再加上一茬菇过后,菌块失水严重,二、三茬菇往往较难管理,影响了平菇的再生产和产量(生物效率)的提高。为了解决这个问题,自1989年开始,我们进行了平菇室内和室外阳畦拱棚二步栽培试验,增产效果明显,1990～1991两年,我们又进行了示范和推广,均获大面积丰收。
Pleurotus ostreatus is the most widely cultivated and largest area edible fungus in our country. However, due to the limitation of Guotu, coupled with a crop of mushrooms, the effervescence of the bacteria is serious. The mushrooms of the second and third crop are often difficult to manage and affect the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus The reproduction and yield (biological efficiency) of the increase. In order to solve this problem, since 1989, we conducted two-step cultivation experiments of Squashes indoor and outdoor Yangzhang arch, yield increase effect was obvious. From 1990 to 1991, we carried out demonstration and promotion and both received large-area bumper harvests.
