我们在多年田径短跑训练中,把牵引跑和跑格的两种训练法运用到速度训练中,取得了极佳的效果。本文对这两种训练法作一详细介绍,供同行们参考。 一、牵引法 训练目的:牵引训练,对一名运动员(前者)来说起到阻力作用,可以促进腰腿部肌肉群的发展,而对另一名运动员(后者)来说主要是强制运动员进行快速跑动,这样它能使神经中枢建立起快速跑动的条件反射。同时,它还能消除运动员在心理上对速度的限制。
During many years of track and field dash training, we have applied the two training methods of traction running and running grid to speed training and achieved excellent results.
