右半结肠补片回肠拖出术治疗全结肠型先天性巨结肠症４例，由于保留了一段右半结肠，有利于水、电解质吸收，提高了疗效。本组４例均治愈出院，随访１４～３０个月（平均２２个月），排便基本正常。
Right half of the colon patch ileal drag surgery for the treatment of colon-type Hirschsprung disease in 4 cases, due to retain a right colon, is conducive to water and electrolyte absorption and improve the curative effect. All patients in this group were cured and discharged from hospital for 14 to 30 months (mean 22 months). The defecation was normal.
