时代的发展,赋予了教师更多的社会职责,从知识和经验的传授者到社会品德教育的实施者,再到教育教学的研究者。而教师往往局限于现实教学的条件,很难同时与一个班级的几十名学生展开对话,更何况,在教育界还存在很多非教育性的社会因素,影响着教师教学的展开。所以,当前教学改革的重要任务便是解放教师的个性,减轻教师在教学以外的负担,使教师会教、乐教,实现创造性的教,实现个性化的发展。而校长作为学校发展的领军人物,就是要通过学校管理来实现教育发展的大目标,即学校的个性化发展、教师的个性化发展和学生的个性化发展。
The development of the times gives teachers more social responsibilities, from the imparting of knowledge and experience to the implementer of social morality education and to the researcher of education and teaching. Teachers are often confined to the conditions of teaching reality. It is difficult to start a dialogue with dozens of students in a class at the same time. Moreover, there are still many non-educational social factors in education that affect the teaching of teachers. Therefore, the important task of current teaching reform is to liberate the teachers’ personality and reduce the burden on teachers beyond teaching so that teachers can teach, teach music, realize creative teaching and achieve personalized development. The principal as the leader of school development, is through the school management to achieve the major goals of education development, that is, the individual development of the school, the teacher’s individual development and student’s individual development.
