本文使用美国Gould Model 2800 Automated Pressure/Flow Plethys-morgraph(简称2800体描箱).测定了130例慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)病人及34例健康人的肺通气功能、肺容量、最大呼气流量一容积曲线(MEFV)和气道阻力、气道传导等40项指标,同时还用Gould 2100型肺功能仪测定了一口气法肺弥散功能,以检测各肺功指标对诊断肺气肿的敏感性与特异性,并得出了相应的结果.采用逐步回归法,建立回归方程式.筛选出用力肺活量1秒率(FEV_1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、25%时的最大呼气流速(Vmax25)、流量峰值(PEF)、是大通气量(MVV)、肺活量(VC)、肺总量(TLC)、残气(RV)、比气道传导力(sGaw)、残气/肺总量百分比(RV/TLC%)9项较敏感指标,为肺气肿病人的肺功能定量诊断提供了新的实用性方法.
