基因工程的模拟实验是笔者所在学校教师根据沪科版高中教材《生命科学》第二册第六章第三节“基因工程与转基因生物”一节设计的一个实验,其基本过程如图1所示。一、实验目的1.通过模拟实验,了解基因工程的一般步骤。2.通过模拟实验,理解限制酶以及DNA连接酶的作用。3.通过对基因工程一般步骤的解读,增强对转基因生物的安全性的认识。二、实验原理基因工程一般包括4个步骤:1.获取目的基因的方法有两种,一是从某种生物体细胞中分离,二是通过化学方法人工合成。该实验模拟第一种方法。2.目的基因与运载体重组,该实验选用细菌质粒作为运载体。3.将重组DNA分子导入受体细胞。4.筛选含目的基因的受体细胞。

There are two ways to obtain the purpose of the gene, one is isolated from some kind of biological cells, and the other is synthesized by chemical methods. The experiment simulates the first method. 2. The purpose of gene and carrier recombination, the experiment selected bacterial plasmid as a carrier. 3. The recombinant DNA molecules into the recipient cells. 4. Screening of recipient cells containing the gene of interest.
