本文提出一种生产低钠 Al_2O_3的新工艺——等离子喷雾法,其实质是利用高温,高速的等离子焰,使 Al_2O_3粉熔融雾化除去 Na_2O,从而使制取低钠 Al_2O_3的多阶段过程一步完成。结果表明,采取等离子喷雾法已制得含Na_2O 为0.015%的低钠 Al_2O_3微粉,当用于6Z_4灯丝涂覆时,任选的20支电子管连续点燃500小时,经上海电子管厂鉴定质量100%合格。从而表明,等离子喷雾法制取低钠 Al_2O_3是有发展前途的新工艺。
In this paper, a new process for producing low-sodium Al 2 O 3 - plasma spraying is proposed. The essence of this method is to melt and atomize Al 2 O 3 powder to remove Na 2 O by using high-temperature and high-speed plasma flame, thus completing the multi-stage process of preparing low-sodium Al 2 O 3 . The results showed that the low sodium Al 2 O 3 powder containing 0.015% Na 2 O was obtained by plasma spray method. When used for 6Z 4 filament coating, the optional 20 tubes were ignited continuously for 500 hours. The quality was 100% qualified by Shanghai Electronic Tube Factory . Thus, plasma spray method to prepare low-sodium Al 2 O 3 is a promising new technology.
