目的:建立顶空-毛细管气相色谱法测定饮用水及水源水中氯苯系化合物检测方法。方法:采用Agilent顶空气相色谱,中等极性毛细柱(DB225,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温的方式。结果:11种氯苯系化合物分离良好,检测限在0.005~1.3μg/L之间,方法线性为0.99~0.999以上,相对标准偏差在1%~14%,回收率在70%~130%之间。结论:该方法简单、灵敏和准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorobenzene compounds in drinking water and source water by headspace - capillary gas chromatography. Methods: The method of temperature rising was adopted by using Agilent headspace gas chromatography and medium polarity capillary column (DB225, 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm). Results: Eleven chlorobenzenes were separated well with the detection limits of 0.005 ~ 1.3μg / L. The linearity ranged from 0.99 to 0.999, the relative standard deviations ranged from 1% to 14%, and the recoveries ranged from 70% to 130% between. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
