为了在Y38滚齿机上滚切插齿刀,我厂老铣工范清林革新了一套装置,装在机床垂直和径向进给轴处,成功地滚切出不同后角的插齿刀。滚切插齿刀装置的结构见示意图,在滚切的过程中,滚刀在垂直进给的同时,垂直进给轴4转动,通过链轮3、10、链条7、齿轮5、 9,带动径向进给轴8,从而实现垂直与径向的同时自动进给。改变链轮3、10及齿轮5、9的齿数,可获得不同的传动比,致使滚切出不同后角的插齿刀。传动比i、插齿刀后角α和各轮齿数间的关系是:
