Change one: Made in China + N Concerns: China is no longer the only one. At the beginning of this year, a Spanish newspaper used “made in china + 1” to describe the trend of China’s manufacturing spillover. As China’s human resources become more and more expensive, as the inflection point of the population will emerge, it will be the general trend of the future. However, labor costs in South Asia and Southeast Asian countries neighboring China, such as Cambodia, Indonesia and Vietnam are much lower than those in China. The main production capacity in China, but also in the neighboring countries in China layout, formed in China + N, will be the new trend of the manufacturing sector. Data from the Internet show that the labor cost in China was 6,734 U.S. dollars per year in 2012, an increase of 64% over the 4,107 U.S. dollars in 2009. The trend of China’s labor costs rising rapidly in the future will continue. Also rising are the exchange rates: the renminbi against the U.S. dollar has risen about 11% since the end of 2008, and the cost of labor in U.S. dollars has gone up
