由于岩体具有与非均质和各向异性有关的许多问题,因此,在爆破优化过程中,确定岩石性质就非常困难。本研究的主要方向是利用钻孔数据来描述岩体特性。本研究的目的是寻求牙轮钻孔数据(给一个新指标 Ip 下定义)与从高效的生产爆破中获得的炸药单耗之间的相互关系。指标 Ip 可借助炸药单耗的确定以两种方式应用于爆破设计中:(1)如果已知台阶上部或周围的 Ip 和炮孔的装药量时,计算出孔网参数;(2)当孔网参数确定时,计算每个炮孔的装药量。
Since rock mass has many problems related to heterogeneity and anisotropy, it is very difficult to determine rock properties during blasting optimization. The main direction of this study is to use borehole data to characterize rock mass. The purpose of this study was to find the correlation between cone borehole data (defined for a new index, Ip) and the unit charge of explosives obtained from an efficient production blasting. Indicator Ip can be applied to blasting design by means of the determination of explosive unit consumption in two ways: (1) if the charge of Ip and blasthole in the upper part or around the step is known, calculate the hole network parameter; (2) When the mesh parameters are determined, the charge for each hole is calculated.
