重症坐骨神经痛71例，男39例，女32例。年龄21～73岁，平均用岁。病程1周～1年，平均1月。左侧疼痛36例，右侧疼痛33例，双侧疼痛2例。伴有相应神经很支配区域感觉减退，肌肉萎缩，肌力减退及胜反射减弱者26例。患者在入院前均接受过1周以上的局部封闭、理疗、按摩及口服止痛药 71 cases of severe sciatica, 39 males and 32 females.
