我队于一九八一年八月在南丹芒场矿区开始使用武汉地质学院研究的电镀人造孕锒金刚石钻头,到八四年七月底止,共三年,计使用完各种电镀钻头344个,总进尺11521.55米,总纯钻时间6795:05小时(表1),平均钻头寿命33.49米/个。其中八一、八二年平均寿命为58.51米/个;平均时效1.70米/小时,每米钻头费用7.46元/米。其中1219号钻头进尺405.67米,纯钻时间109小时。过百米钻头29个,为钻头总数的8.2%,过50米(不含过百米钻头数)钻头43个,为钻头总数的12.5%。
