通过实验研究得到了以熔盐为传热工质的不同结构参数横纹管内的强迫对流传热系数。对不同结构参数下的横纹管强化传热机理进行了研究,拟合了相应结构参数下的传热关联式,其最大偏差在±10%以内。此外在考虑横纹管结构因子的基础上,对适用于三组横纹管传热的通用实验关联式进行了拟合,其最大偏差为-11.8%。通过与光管情况下的传热数据进行比较,发现节距为9的横纹管其强化比达到了1.6。
The convective heat transfer coefficient of transverse convection tube with different structural parameters using molten salt as heat transfer medium was obtained through experimental study. The transverse heat transfer enhancement mechanism under different structural parameters was studied and the heat transfer correlation under the corresponding structural parameters was fitted with the maximum deviation within ± 10%. In addition, on the basis of considering the structural factor of the transverse tube, the general experimental correlations suitable for the heat transfer of the transverse tube of the three groups were fitted, with the maximum deviation of -11.8%. By comparing the heat transfer data with the light pipe, it was found that the corrugated pipe with a pitch of 9 had an enhancement ratio of 1.6.
