目的　观察川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶联合应用对食管癌化疗的增效作用。方法　川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶联合应用于化疗方案中 ,在随机条件下与对照组进行比较。结果　川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶联合应用对化疗确有增效作用 ,治疗组CR +PR4 0 % ,对照组CR +PR2 5% ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论　本研究结果提示 :川芎嗪注射液、硝苯吡啶对化学治疗食道癌有增效作用 Objective To observe the synergistic effect of combined use of ligustrazine injection and nifedipine on chemotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods Ligustrazine injection and nifedipine were combined in the chemotherapy regimen and compared with the control group under random conditions. RESULTS: The combination of ligustrazine injection and nifedipine had a synergistic effect on chemotherapy, with CR + PR 40% in the treatment group and CR + PR2 5% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The results of this study suggest that: Ligustrazine injection and nifedipine have a synergistic effect on chemotherapy for esophageal cancer
