为中轻交通量下煤矸石基层道路选择合适的路面结构,本文基于有限元分析软件,拟定不同路面结构,在中轻交通量下,对不同路面结构的力学行为进行模拟,计算道路弯沉值、层底拉应力,并由此预估不同路面结构的使用寿命。土基使用状况良好的情况下,推荐设置3~4cm沥青混凝土面层,20~30cm水泥稳定煤矸石碎石半刚性基层路面结构。本文对煤矸石基层路面结构的分析准确可靠,为全面推广煤矸石在中轻交通量下普通公路的应用提供一种新的方案。
Choosing the appropriate pavement structure for the gangue grassroots road under medium and light traffic, this paper based on the finite element analysis software, formulates the different pavement structure and simulates the mechanical behaviors of different pavement structures under light traffic, calculates the road deflection value , The bottom of the tensile stress, and thus estimate the life of different pavement structure. Under the condition of good use of soil foundation, it is recommended to set the semi-rigid pavement structure of 3 ~ 4cm asphalt concrete surface layer and 20 ~ 30cm cement stabilized gangue gravel. In this paper, the analysis of coal gangue pavement structure is accurate and reliable, which provides a new scheme to promote the application of coal gangue under normal and light traffic.
