Sixty percent of those patients seeking ambulance suspected of having an acute myocardial infarction were taken to a mobile medical team (MCCU) equipped with general hospital equipment and 40% to a standard clinic (STA). Mobile medical teams generally consist of two ambulance drivers and two nurses. We studied 821 patients under the age of 75, and 56 of these patients reported asystole. Of the 36 asymptomatic patients treated by the mobile ambulance team, 2 were rescued and were discharged from hospital. None of the 20 patients who were sent to the standard clinic survived. Of the 765 patients who survived the ambulance’s arrival, 163 were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and 99 were diagnosed with mobile
