一、历史的回顾 1902年美国细胞学家杀顿(Sutton,1876—1916)提出孟德尔的遗传因子(即以后所说的基因)大概在染色体上时,他同时认为每种生物的染色体数目很有限,而遗传因子一定比较多,可能有些遗传因子会在同一染色体上,从而表现在一起传递给后代的倾向。如果这样,那么在子_2代中就不会有自由组合规律所出现的比例。按照自由组合规律,在两对具有完全显性基因的情况下,子_2代的四种类型的比例是9:3:3:1。
