文化是人类创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和,同时还特指某一领域或某一范畴体现的思想、观念、道德和行为规范以及风俗习惯。某一地域文化的进步直接决定该地域社会经济的发展。一个国家,其创造力的开拓,取决于文化;一个民族,其凝聚力的增强,依赖于文化。一方面,文化通过影响和塑造人的人格模式,为社会经济的发展提供精神动力和智力支持;另一方面,文化本身也直接为社会经济发展提供强大的原动力和助推力。
Culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by mankind. It also refers to the thoughts, concepts, moral and behavioral norms and customs as embodied in a particular field or category. The progress of a regional culture directly determines the socio-economic development of the region. A nation's exploitation of its creativity depends on its culture; its nationality, its cohesion, depends on its culture. On the one hand, culture provides the spiritual and intellectual support for the social and economic development by influencing and shaping the personality model of mankind. On the other hand, culture itself provides a powerful driving force and a boost force directly for the social and economic development.
