为进一步研究中药坚骨颗粒对骨质疏松的治疗作用,从生物力学角度评价补肾中药对骨质疏松的治疗效果,以卵巢切除后雌激素缺失诱导而成的骨质疏松大鼠为模型,研究了坚骨颗粒对大鼠股骨材料和结构力学性能方面的影响。结果显示,用药4个月后,实验大鼠股骨的最大载荷、破坏载荷和能量吸收等结构力学参数与造模对照组比较有显著提高(P<0.05),并接近正常组。表明中药坚骨颗粒可提高造模动物骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力,改善骨质疏松大鼠骨的韧性,避免或减少骨折的发生。
In order to further study the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jiangu granule on osteoporosis, the therapeutic effect of Bushen Chinese medicine on osteoporosis was evaluated from a biomechanical point of view. Osteoporosis rats induced by estrogen depletion after ovariectomy were used as a model. The effects of Jiangu Granules on the femur material and structural mechanical properties of rats were studied. The results showed that after 4 months of treatment, the structural mechanical parameters such as the maximum load, failure load, and energy absorption of the femur of the experimental rats were significantly higher than those of the model control group (P<0.05), and were close to the normal group. It showed that Chinese medicine Jiangu granules can improve the ability of modeling animal bones to resist external impact, improve the bone toughness of osteoporosis rats, and avoid or reduce the occurrence of fractures.
