本文介绍了为开发确定硬岩矿山矿柱强度新方法所取得的研究成果。地下矿山所留矿柱的形状和大小各异。要使矿柱达到要求,必须进行严格的工程设计确定矿柱强度和应力。作者将详细的矿柱稳定性分析与公开的矿柱实测(178例)数据库相结合,推导出一种新的复合矿柱强度计算公式。式中考虑了经典的岩体强度方法与经验方法,采用由矿柱中心平均最小/最大主应力比计算出的矿柱摩擦系数。据统计,新的公式比目前采用的经验公式预计矿柱强度的结果更好,其可信度更高。
This article describes the research results that have been developed to develop a new method for determining the strength of pillars in hard rock mines. Underground mining pillar left in the shape and size vary. To meet the requirements of ore pillars, rigorous engineering design must be carried out to determine the strength and stress of the pillars. The authors combine a detailed analysis of the stability of pillars with a database of open pillars (178 cases) to derive a new formula for calculating the strength of composite pillars. The classical rock mass strength method and empirical method are considered in the formula, and the coefficient of friction of the ore column calculated from the average minimum / maximum principal stress ratio of the center of the pillar is used. According to statistics, the new formula predicts the strength of the pillars better than the current empirical formula, and the credibility of the new formula is higher.
