为确定公路隧道内路面结构温度变化规律,提供隧道路面工作环境温度指标,利用有限元方法分别对隧道空气温度分布及层状路面结构温度场进行预估。结果表明,公路隧道内路面温度场分析中仅需考虑空气对流换热和空气辐射换热2种路表与外界热交换的形式,计算结果与实测值的平均误差为1.7℃,并表现出明显的规律性:短隧道内随着深度增加,路面结构温度、温度梯度、变温速率都会出现变化幅度减小、变化相位滞后的现象,但其变化量明显比隧道外变化量小;长隧道内路面结构温度梯度和变温速率1 d中无明显变化。分析结果能够为隧道内路面结构设计和材料选择提供理论依据和指导作用。
In order to determine the temperature variation of pavement structure in highway tunnel and provide the temperature index of tunnel pavement working environment, the temperature distribution of tunnel air and the temperature field of layered pavement structure are predicted respectively by finite element method. The results show that in the analysis of the road surface temperature field, only the forms of heat exchange between air and convection and air radiative heat transfer are taken into consideration. The average error between the calculated and measured values is 1.7 ℃, which shows obvious Regularity: the change of the temperature, the temperature gradient and the temperature change rate of the pavement will decrease with the increase of the depth and the phase of the change will lag behind. However, the change of the pavement is obviously smaller than that of the tunnel. The long tunnel inner pavement Structure temperature gradient and the rate of change did not change significantly in 1 d. The results of the analysis can provide the theoretical basis and guidance for the design of the pavement structure and material selection in the tunnel.
