以棉花新陆早12号为试验材料,探讨了2甲4氯钠AS不同使用浓度对棉苗生理生化特性的影响。测定了2甲4氯钠AS质量浓度8.125、16.25、32.5、65、130 g/L(大田推荐使用剂量)5个处理下棉苗叶片中叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、CAT、POD、SOD活性的变化。喷药后第5天,随着处理浓度的增加,棉苗叶片叶绿素含量下降,与对照差异显著;而丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量和保护酶(POD、CAT、SOD)的活性升高。
Cotton Xinluzao12 was used as experimental material to study the effects of different concentrations of 2-MCP4 AS on physiological and biochemical characteristics of cotton seedlings. The chlorophyll, malondialdehyde, soluble protein, CAT, POD and SOD of five cotton seedlings were measured under the conditions of ASA concentration of 2.40, 16.25, 32.5, 65 and 130 g / L Changes in activity. On the fifth day after spraying, the chlorophyll content of cotton seedling leaves decreased with the increase of the treatment concentration, which was significantly different from the control. However, the activities of malondialdehyde, soluble protein and protective enzymes (POD, CAT, SOD) increased.
