目的探讨不均一性核糖核蛋白A2/B1、B1(HnRNPA2/B1、HnRNPB1)在肺癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法采用RT-PCR方法扩增肺癌组织、癌旁组织标本中的HnRNPA2/B1 mRNA、HnRNPB1 mRNA,分析比较它们表达情况的差异,观察它们与肿瘤分期、病理类型的关系。结果HnRNPA2/B1、HnRNPB1在鳞状化生、不典型增生及各种类型的肺癌中均有高表达,其中在腺癌中的表达率相对较低。HnRNPA2/B1、HnRNPB1在癌前病变中表达率达80%,在I期肺癌的表达率达90%~100%,随着肿瘤TNM分期的进展表达有下降趋势。结论HnRNPA2/B1、Hn-RNPB1的异常表达为肺癌发生的早期事件,可作为肺癌早期诊断的标记物。
Objective To investigate the value of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2 / B1, B1 (HnRNPA2 / B1, HnRNPB1) in the early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods HnRNPA2 / B1 mRNA and HnRNPB1 mRNA in lung cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were amplified by RT-PCR. The differences of their expression were analyzed and compared. The relationship between HnRNPA2 / Results HnRNPA2 / B1 and HnRNPB1 were highly expressed in squamous metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia and various types of lung cancer, with a relatively low expression rate in adenocarcinoma. The expression rate of HnRNPA2 / B1 and HnRNPB1 in precancerous lesions was 80%, and the expression rate of HnRNPA2 / B1 and HnRNPB1 was 90% -100% in stage I lung cancer. The expression of HnRNPA2 / B1 and HnRNPB1 decreased with the progression of TNM stage. Conclusions Abnormal expression of HnRNPA2 / B1 and Hn-RNPB1 is an early event in lung cancer and may be used as a marker for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
