优等生和学困生之间是存在距离的,而且这样的距离因学生不同也存在不同。作为老师要保证班级中的每一名学生都能上进,即便有差距,之间的距离不能太大。教师要正确看待这样的差距,正确对待学生之间存在的差距,采取恰当的方法,保证学生都齐步走,不让一个学生成为后进生而掉队。让所有的学生都成为课堂教学的主人,老师就应该认真设计学生探究的问题,力求难易结合,让不同的学生探究不同的问题,力争让每一名学生都体会到完成学习任务的快乐。
