目前,我国机械行业,在粗加工中、低碳钢厚钢板、火割下料的内孔时,习惯采用镗刀。由于火割后的内、外圆偏心4mm左右,内孔表面氧化硬度较高(中碳钢料火割后的内孔加工前需退火)。致使内孔粗镗余量往往需3~4次走刀才能切除。对带深环槽的轴盖类零件(含齿轮端环槽),如图1所示,更给加工带来困难,用镗刀无法加工。若用切刀进行加工,由于受窄深槽空间位置的限制,切刀刀头刚性及强度不足,即使采用手进刀,仍易崩刃,造或刀头弯曲或断裂,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低。下面介绍一种新型硬质合金套料刀,结构如图2所示。此刀适用于C630—1、C3163车床,效果很好。
