小学数学是一门具有高度抽象性、严谨逻辑性、应用广泛性的学科。在小学数学教学中,我们经常遇到这样的学生:他们缺乏独立性,自信心、学习没有目标,死读死记不求甚解,或干脆放弃不学,自暴自弃。久而久之,对于学习,他们先是厌倦,而后放弃。这也就是我们常说的学习上的差生。正是由于学习缺乏主动性,严重地影响着差生的智力发展,阻碍了差生学习上的进步,严重影响数学教学质量的提高,现针对如何做好差生转化工作,提高数学教学质量,谈谈自己的一些粗浅的看法。
