铅的环境污染和工业中毒问题现在又引起了重视。铅对血红素的生物合成的影响特别灵敏,值得重新评价。经口摄入的铅约有10%被吸收,经呼吸道吸入的微粒铅(直径0.2微米以下)约有40%留在体内。这些铅多数进入骨骼内,有些则留在骨髓、血液、肝、肾、心脏和脑等软组织中。骨髓中的铅是和红细胞系结合的,血液中的铅有95%与红细胞相结合。严重的铅中毒贫血目前已罕遇;
The problem of lead pollution and industrial poisoning has now drawn the attention. The effect of lead on the biosynthesis of heme is particularly sensitive and deserves reevaluation. Approximately 10% of the orally taken lead is absorbed and around 40% of the particulate lead (0.2um or less in diameter) inhaled through the respiratory tract remains in the body. Most of these lead into the bone, while others remain in the bone marrow, blood, liver, kidney, heart and brain and other soft tissue. Lead in the bone marrow is bound to the erythrocyte line, and 95% of the lead in the blood is bound to the red blood cells. Severe lead poisoning anemia has been rare;
