目的:确定气相色谱法测定转基因油菜籽中碘含量的方法。方法:油菜籽样品在碱性条件下经炭化、灰化、溶解浸提,将样品中的有机碘或无机碘都转化为碘离子,再与丁酮衍生成碘代丁酮用气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定。结果:最低检测质量浓度为0.0072 mg/kg;0.02~0.2(μg/ml)的线性关系良好,其相关系数r=0.9994;对高中低不同浓度的回收率为92%~99%;相对标准偏差为3.8%~5.2%。结论:此方法能够用于转基因油菜籽中碘的测定。
Objective: To determine the method for the determination of iodine in transgenic rapeseed by gas chromatography. Methods: The rapeseed samples were carbonized, ashed, dissolved and extracted under alkaline conditions. The organic iodine or inorganic iodine in the samples were converted into iodine ions, and then the butanone was converted to iodobutanone by gas chromatography electron capture Detector. Results: The minimum detectable concentration was 0.0072 mg / kg; the linearity was 0.02-0.2 (μg / ml), the correlation coefficient was 0.9994; the recoveries were 92% -99% for different concentrations of high, middle and low; the relative standard deviation 3.8% ~ 5.2%.
