本试验以三个小麦品种(系)为材料,对灌浆期叶面积、干物质积累和籽粒灌浆过程进行了研究。结果表明,开花后绿叶面积随时间呈线性下降,穗重呈指数增加,品种间有差异。籽粒增重可用Logistic方程来描述,灌浆过程可明确划分成前、中、后三个时期,前期和后期各积累总粒重的21%,中期积累约占58%。去除叶片和去除部分小穗,可以改变籽粒的灌浆速率而影响粒重。研究表明,扬麦5号和3308的灌浆能力较强,而7422的灌浆能力较弱。
In this experiment, three wheat cultivars (lines) were used to study leaf area, dry matter accumulation and grain filling during grain filling. The results showed that after flowering, the area of green leaves decreased linearly with time, and the panicle weight increased exponentially with the differences among cultivars. Logistic equation can be used to describe the grain weight gain. The grain filling process can be clearly divided into three stages: before, during and after. The accumulated grain weight is 21% in early and late stages and 58% in medium term. Removal of leaves and removal of some spikelets, grain filling rate can be changed to affect grain weight. The results showed that the filling ability of Yangmai 5 and 3308 was stronger, while the filling ability of 7422 was weaker.
