研究了碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料(CFRP)采用光学氧化法进行表面处理的机理及其效果。研究结果如下:(1)光学氧化法的表面处理是臭氧、紫外线和热能的复合效果;(2)光学氧化处理的CF纸的浸湿性能够显著地提高到100天以上;(3)经过光学氧化处理的CF的浸湿性受填料的影响;(4)经过光学氧化处理的CF纸或CF织布的CFRP的挠曲侍性均比一般公认的未处理品好。
The mechanism and the effect of surface treatment of carbon fiber / epoxy composite (CFRP) by optical oxidation were studied. The results are as follows: (1) The surface treatment of optical oxidation is the compounding effect of ozone, UV and thermal energy; (2) The wettability of optical oxidation treated CF paper can be significantly improved to more than 100 days; (3) The wettability of the treated CF was affected by the filler. (4) The CFRP subjected to the optical oxidation or the CFRP had better flexing properties than the generally accepted untreated materials.
