协同创新在微观层面体现为多个团队之间的协作,提升多个团队之间的协作效率成为提高协同创新产出的必要条件。本文利用对共享心智模型影响多团队系统的路径进行分析,分别从组成团队共享心智模型对MTS绩效的影响路径、领导团队共享心智模型对MTS绩效的影响路径两个方面进行论证。
Collaborative innovation reflects the cooperation among multiple teams at the micro level, and improving the efficiency of collaboration among multiple teams is a necessary condition for improving collaborative innovation output. This paper uses the analysis of the shared mental model influencing the path of multi-team system, and demonstrates from the aspects of the way the shared team share mental model affects the performance of MTS and the way the leadership team shares the mental model’s impact on MTS performance.
