北京市教师进修学院,天津市教育局为了帮助中学历史教师学习历史教学大纲(草案),于八月下旬和九月上旬请人民教育出版社参加草拟历史教学大纲的同志,分别在京、津两地作了关于学习各年级教学大纲的报告。报告对教学大纲中规定的目的要求,主要内容,新旧教科书在重点配置、问题提法、叙述繁简上的不同,教学大纲、教科书、教学参考书三者的相互关系及其使用方法等方面,若重地作了分析和说明。
