为了研究注浆固结体力学特性,揭示注浆加固机理,设计加工了能够实现在不同轴向压力和不同围压水平下注浆加固破裂岩体的注浆试验系统,并在此基础上成功进行了相应试验。试验结果表明,注浆过程中轴压、围压以及注浆压力对破裂岩体中岩块应力状态发生改变有影响,但其带来的应力状态改变是有限的,这也是注浆固结体强度恢复系数较低的原因,该试验方法及试验结果对注浆加固技术的推广应用具有指导作用。
In order to study the mechanics characteristics of grouting consolidation body and reveal the mechanism of grouting reinforcement, a grouting test system which can realize grouting reinforcement rock mass under different axial pressure and different confining pressure is designed and processed, and based on it, The corresponding test was carried out. The experimental results show that the axial pressure, confining pressure and grouting pressure influence the rock mass stress state changes in the process of grouting, but the change of the stress state is limited, which is also the grouting consolidation The reason of low strength recovery coefficient is that this test method and test result can guide the popularization and application of grouting reinforcement technology.
