教育研究要走向“田野”,要走近一线教师,沙龙——无疑是一种极富开放姿态和友好界面的方式。因为在这一小小的天地里,智慧与思想会发生美丽的碰撞,实践与探索会实现亲切的交融,这是交流的平台、是学术的论坛、是展示的舞台。为了提高教师的反思能力,有效生成反思型教师,学校总要求教师把教育教学中出现的问题,带到教育沙龙中进行讨论、研究,帮助教师解决教育教学中的困惑,找到解决实际问题的办法,让教师在相互的交流中启迪思维、共享经验,把自己带入辽阔高远的新境界。但笔者发现在我们热热闹闹的教育沙龙背后,还存在很多不足。

However, I found that behind the bustling education salon, there are still many deficiencies.
