对隧道内CRCP从铺筑至7d龄期的裂缝长度、宽度和间距进行调查,结合早期温度场、应力场的分布,得到了隧道内CRCP早期裂缝的发展规律及影响因素。研究表明:混凝土铺筑后的前4d,尤其是前2d,内部温度明显高于气温,应力呈显著上升趋势,85%的早期开裂出现在这一阶段;水泥水化、早期干缩是混凝土内部温度、应力上升的主要因素;使用低热水泥、降低单位用水量、提高混凝土的均匀性可以有效地控制裂缝长度、宽度和间距。
The length, width and spacing of cracks in the tunnel from the pavement to the age of 7d were investigated. According to the distribution of early temperature field and stress field, the development rules and influencing factors of early CRCP in tunnel were obtained. The results show that the internal temperature is obviously higher than the temperature in the first 4 days, especially in the first 2 days after paving. The stress shows a significant upward trend, with 85% of the early cracking occurring at this stage. The cement hydration and the early shrinkage are the interior of the concrete Temperature and stress. The use of low-heat cement to reduce unit water consumption and improve the uniformity of concrete can effectively control the length, width and spacing of cracks.
