目的:研究温阳消饮法消除胸腔积液与调节肾脏水通道蛋白2表达的相关性。方法:采用计算机随机分组方法,将SD成年雄性大鼠分为温阳消饮组、模型对照组、空白对照组,每组动物12只。1%角叉菜胶胸膜腔注射,建立胸腔积液模型,B超确认造模成功。于造模后2小时开始灌胃给予苓桂术甘汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤药液,每日1次,连续4天。于造模后第5天处死各组大鼠,采集肾脏组织,并用免疫组化法检测AQP2表达。结果:①空白组与温阳消饮组水平相当(P<0.05);②二者均高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:温阳消饮法可上调胸腔积液大鼠肾脏AQP2表达。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Wenyang Xiaoxian Decoction in eliminating pleural effusion and regulating renal aquaporin-2 expression. Methods: The SD adult male rats were randomly divided into Wenyangxiaoying group, model control group and blank control group, with 12 animals in each group. 1% carrageenan pleural cavity injection, the establishment of pleural effusion model, B-confirmed the success of modeling. 2 hours after the model began orally given Lingguizhugan decoction Jujube Xiefei liquid, once daily for 4 days. On the 5th day after the model was established, the rats in each group were sacrificed and the kidneys were collected. The expression of AQP2 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: ① The blank group and Wenyangxiangyin group had the same level (P <0.05); ② The two groups were higher than the model group (P <0.05, P <0.05). Conclusion: WenYangXiaoYinFang can upregulate AQP2 expression in kidney of pleural effusion rats.
