据悉,全球能源互联网合作组织拟启动在埃塞俄比亚建设中非全球能源互联网培训交流中心项目。非方拟提供土地,由中方援建现代化培训中心。该项目符合《推进一带一路建设科技创新合作规划》的精神,已经获得国家科技部、商务部的支持。综合我国电力国际化业务相关信息,考虑到埃塞俄比亚为非盟组织所在地,该国与中国关系密切,与全球能源互联网合作组织、中电装备合作,在国家层面的支持下,通过有效运作,在非洲建立我国海外第一个电力培训中心极为现实。所以,我们应细致研究中非培训交流中心的建设方案,确保获得该项目运营权力,为下一步开拓欧洲、亚洲等地培训市场打下基础~([1])_。
It is reported that the Global Energy Internet Cooperation Group to be launched in Ethiopia to build a non-global energy Internet training exchange center project. The non-party plans to provide land and aided by China to build a modern training center. The project is in line with the spirit of “Promoting the Belt and Road Initiative in Science and Technology Innovation and Cooperation and Planning” and has won the support of the State Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Commerce. Based on the information related to the internationalization of China’s power industry and considering that Ethiopia is the seat of the AU, the country is closely related to China and cooperates with the Global Energy Internet Cooperation Organization and CLP Equipment. With the support of the national level, through effective operation, The establishment of China’s first overseas power training center is very realistic. Therefore, we should study carefully the construction plan of the China-Africa Training and Exchange Center to ensure that we can obtain the operational rights of the project and lay the foundation for further developing the training market in Europe and Asia.
