使用微量磨损试验仪对45钢离子渗氮层的微量磨损特性进行了研究。结果表明,离子渗氮层有良好的减磨效果,提高了薄层磨损情况下的耐磨性。渗氮温度较低时,渗氮层的磨损量较小,擦伤极限较高。
The micro wear characteristics of 45 steel ion nitriding layer were studied using a micro-wear tester. The results show that the ion nitriding layer has a good anti-wear effect, improve wear resistance of the case of thin layer wear. When the nitriding temperature is lower, the wear amount of nitrided layer is smaller and the abrasion limit is higher.
