高等职业教育是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,也是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,是促进经济、社会发展和劳动就业的重要途径。高职教育与普通教育有明显的不同,但目前多数高职院校的教师评价体系仍然借用的是普通高等教育的教师评价体系,严重影响了高职教育教学目标的实现。分析目前高职教育的教师评价体系的弊端,旨在于对重建适合高职教育的教师评价体系进行思考。
Higher vocational education is an important component of China’s higher education system and an important part of vocational education in our country. It is an important way to promote economic and social development and employment. There is a clear difference between higher vocational education and general education. However, at present, the evaluation system of teachers in most higher vocational colleges still borrows the evaluation system of teachers in ordinary higher education, seriously affecting the realization of higher vocational education and teaching objectives. Analysis of the drawbacks of the current system of teacher evaluation in higher vocational education, aimed at thinking about the reconstruction of teacher evaluation system suitable for higher vocational education.
