目的：分析囊肿形星形细胞瘤（CA）形态学与病理分级的关系。材料与方法；总结21例手术病理证实的幕上CA，20例强化。结果：CA强化前后有三种表现，A型，无囊壁的CA，6例；B型，有囊壁的CA，11例，C型，含瘤结节的CA，4例。病理Ⅰ级5例，Ⅰ─Ⅱ级1例，Ⅱ级3例，Ⅲ级11例，Ⅳ级1例。结论：囊肿见于各级肿瘤，恶性者多，依CA不同，CT表现可作提示性分级诊断。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between morphology and pathological grade of cystic astrocytoma (CA). Materials and Methods; 21 cases of supratentorial CA confirmed by surgical pathology were reviewed and 20 cases were fortified. RESULTS: Before and after CA enhancement, there were three manifestations, type A, CA without capsular wall in 6 cases, type B, CA with capsular wall, 11 cases, type C, CA with nodular nodules, and 4 cases. There were 5 cases of pathological grade I, 1 case of grade I-II, 3 cases of grade II, 11 cases of grade III, and 1 case of grade IV. Conclusion: The cysts are found in all grades of tumors, and there are many malignant ones. According to CA, CT manifestations can be used as a prompt grading diagnosis.
