现在已经进入刷卡支付时代,人们在衣、食、住、行、游、娱、购等各个方面渐渐习惯并喜欢上了刷卡消费。但消费者刷卡消费,金融机构都要向商户收取一定比例的手续费,具体到餐饮行业,这一比例为2%。在当前全球金融危机下,餐饮企业利润下降,刷卡手续费费率之高越发明显,于是我们经常可以在媒体上看到,许多中小餐饮企业不堪重负,以种种理由拒绝顾客刷卡消费,从而引发不愉快的消费纠纷。
